Ryan Gragg, Owner/Director of Operations

M. Denis Williams, RN-Registered Nurse, Agency Director: Denis assesses our clients prior to and throughout their care with ComForCare. She develops the client plans of care, supervises our caregivers and ensures policy compliance.

Michelle Swearengin, Office Manager: Michelle is the voice of ComForCare and is likely the first person you encounter when calling our agency.  She handles billing, payroll and keeps our office running smoothly. She has a smile and a kind word for all.

Hanna Loveday, Assistant Office Manager: Hanna's primary function is to support Michelle with keeping client and employee records organized, up to date, and in proper compliance. She also assists Michelle with long-term care insurance billing and private invoicing. In addition to these duties, Hanna supports Kim in recruiting by ensuring all new employees are onboarded with the appropriate documentation.

Hanna also supports Denis and Ryan by tracking and reviewing all caregiver flowsheets each week to ensure we're delivering the best care possible to our clients and ensuring our caregivers are abiding by their training to provide a safe and healthy environment on every shift.

Kim Mickel, CMA/RMA Staff Development Coordinator: Kim manages our hiring process, making sure that we have the staff needed in order to consistently support our client care requests.  Kim also manages our Apprenticeship program.

The purpose of the Apprenticeship program is to provide a career path from certification of PCAs (Personal Care Assistant) to CNAs (Certified Nursing Aide) and beyond.  Her goal is to make sure that our caregivers reach their full potential in healthcare.

Sara Lester, Care Coordinator: Sarah takes care of the scheduling for clients and caregivers. She matches clients to caregivers based on their qualities, skill sets, strengths, likes and dislikes, and of course the individual needs of the client. Sarah regularly updates families and caregivers to ensure our clients live their best life possible.

Lynn Ola, RN Nurse Supervisor: Lynn provides reassessments for our clients every 90 days or if their condition changes.  Lynn also assists Denis in supervising our caregivers.  With her constant smile, Lynn brings Hawaiian sunshine and rainbows to our nursing team on a daily basis.

Gay Wyche, RN, Nurse Instructor, Compliance Manager: Gay is our PCA class instructor, ensuring that our Personal Care Assistants have the skills needed in order to effectively support their client needs.  Gay also focuses on making sure that our agency maintains compliance within state regulations.
