ComForCare’s Three-Week or Five-Week DementiaWise Family Caregiver Support Group is about Creating Better Days.

The ComForCare DementiaWise Family Caregiver Support Group teaches members the techniques and strategies they need to care for a loved one and for themselves. Family caregivers who participate will learn some of the best care practices approved by the Alzheimer’s Association.

Support group members:

• Share their feelings, needs and concerns
• Exchange practical information on caregiving problems and possible solutions
• Learn about resources available to them in the community

DementiaWise Family Caregiver Support Groups are facilitated by specially-trained dementia care educators.  There is NO COST to participate.
